“ Over 30,450 new employment opportunities are projected in California construction occupations alone between now and 2016. In contrast to this increasing demand, VTEA notes that an aging workforce, and a negative perception of construction as “dirty work” has restricted growth of new workers up until now.”

Training

These classes are taught by top experts in the SCIP building industry with several decades of in the field experience. Our staff of Designers, Architects, Engineers and Builders will teach you from first hand experience ‘what to’ and ‘what not to’ do.

Tier 1.

The general public is welcome to take any of these beginning classes at a per-class fee at designated announced times and locations. The intro is full of information on SCIP basics that will interest anyone who wants to, or believes in building ‘Green’.

Tier 2.

This is the entire course of five classes for the most comprehensive understanding about how to build with SCIP’s. Dealer / Distributors must take all five classes in order to purchase and resell ETB SCIP products at wholesale prices.

Tier 3.
This is the most advanced training program provided. It is for anyone who wishes to become a Certified Installer / Builder of SCIP building systems.  All five classes must be taken plus, two days of in-the-field training along with one day hands-on cement operations training. The student must also complete a livable structure of at least twelve hundred (1200 square feet) that is inspected and approved by ETB. Upon satisfactory completion of this training an ETB Certificate of Completion will be issued and the ETB job bid schedule will be available for graduate students.

A limited number of applicants are accepted for each class. To register for upcoming classes and programs please fill in the spaces below. ETB will notify you in a timely manner with the next classes, dates, location, prices and times available on a first-come-first-serve basis only.
